and the rain keeps pouring in.

this is me, wishing the rainy days would disperse themselves throughout the year instead of crowding into the elevator of january.

can't ride my scooter, don't want to leave the house, sleepy eyes...

even the cat seems anxious for the sun to show its face.

meanwhile, i got to baking and made so many cupcakes that now stand like soldiers awaiting orders [frosting].

a lil introduction, i suppose, is called for.

i'm kelsey. i am NOT in the band. but i play a mean tambourine.

i help make things go. bump in the night.

an example of a day in the life of making things go:
get up at 6:30 or 7a depending on shower status.
lay in bed and from my phone check new emails that have been sent since i went to bed at 1a.
shower [or not], concoct new and wonderful clothing combos.
on the drive to work, respond to any new emails, or send emails asking about availability to band members or other people involved in making things go bump.
throughout the day: make show requests, confirm shows, send emails with information or flyers, check the myspace [www.myspace.com/michaelmazochi], create facebook events, manage anyone who is working for us [all for free and all with a lot of passion], send out albums that have been purchased or for review.
drive home, call mazochi.
get home, check on the status of flyers, go for a run, eat microwave spinach souffle dinner, write blog.

it varies a little and this example is while i work full time so i will typically give a little more of my attention to this part of what i do.

i can't promise the rest of these blogs will be MUCH more entertaining, but i can promise that i will try harder...
